Role & responsibilities ob Description : " Job Description Software Engineer Lead (Resiliency / SRE) Role Summary The Software Engineer Lead in the Resiliency SRE organization is responsible for leading engineering efforts that improve the reliability, stability, and operational readiness of enterprise file transmission systems. This role combines advanced software engineering with site reliability engineering principles to reduce risk, improve resilience, and support production settings. Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of software solutions that enhance system reliability, availability, and fault tolerance. Provide technical leadership within SRE initiatives, including resilience engineering, stability improvements, and platform reliability efforts. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, and operations teams to address production incidents and systemic risks. Review, guide, and improve engineering practices related to monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident response. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities and support preventive and corrective actions aligned with SRE best practices. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, compliance, and operational governance. Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers within the team.
