Job Title : DevOps Engineer - Jenkins Pipelines, Shell Scripts, Ansible Playbooks Experience Level : 5+ years Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days only Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with advanced expertise in developing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Groovy scripts, Shell scripting, and Ansible Playbooks. The ideal candidate will also have experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management. This role will involve collaborating with development teams to automate and streamline operations processes, ensuring productive deployment, management, and monitoring of infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, delivery, and deployment processes. Write and maintain Groovy scripts for pipeline automation and customization. Develop robust and efficient Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and manage system configurations. Design and implement Ansible Playbooks for configuration management, application deployment, and orchestration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into software development and infrastructure management. Manage and secure sensitive data and secrets using HashiCorp Vault. Continuously improve infrastructure automation and workflows for higher efficiency and scalability. Required Skills : Advanced knowledge in Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines : Experience in designing and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes. Advanced Groovy development : Expertise in writing and managing Groovy scripts within Jenkins for pipeline customization. Advanced Shell scripting : Solid skills in developing Shell scripts for automating various tasks on Unix/Linux systems. Advanced knowledge of Ansible Playbooks : Proficiency in writing Ansible Playbooks for system configuration, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration. Experience with HashiCorp Vault : Exposure to HashiCorp Vault for securely managing secrets and sensitive data across environments. Positive to Have : Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). .
