Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the application support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Develop and implement strategies to improve application performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, providing root cause analysis and recommendations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for application support. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong understanding of application support principles and methodologies. Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Experience with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as IT service management frameworks. Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. .
