Job Title: Jr. System Analyst Location: MokshTech, Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Job Summary MokshTech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. System Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and excellent English communication skills. This role involves supporting business and technical teams, analyzing system requirements, documenting processes, and assisting in resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities - Analyze technical requirements and assist in system implementation. - Gather, document, and maintain functional and technical requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues. - Monitor system performance and report any concerns or improvements. - Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and validating software applications. - Prepare reports, documentation, and user guides as needed. - Support end-users by providing technical assistance and system training.
