This role is built for someone who can wear three hats: the rigor of a Senior Business Analyst, the facilitation discipline of a Scrum Master, and the ownership instinct of a product manager in the making. You'll sit at the center of a cross-functional team, translating stakeholder needs into transparent requirements, keeping sprints running smoothly, and helping the team ship predictable, high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Business analysis & requirements Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, and domain experts, turning them into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Break down complex features into well-scoped, estimable work items. Maintain a groomed, prioritized backlog and ensure every item entering development has explicit scope and acceptance criteria. Produce supporting artefacts process flows, requirement specs, and reference documentation that keep a mixed technical/non-technical audience aligned. Scrum & delivery facilitation Facilitate the full set of Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Own sprint hygiene in the team's issue tracker estimates, assignments, states, and spent-time tracking. Track velocity, burndown, and delivery health; surface risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution.
