Job Description Key Responsibilities Gather product requirements through user research and field visits. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new product features. Translate operational challenges into product solutions. Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support feature planning, sprint execution, and product launches. Monitor product adoption and key business metrics. Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements. Conduct competitor and market research. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams. Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience. RequirementsRequired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of product development lifecycle. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong documentation skills.
