Company: Tata Capital Location: Thane, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience Required: 1015 Years CTC: 25 LPA 45 LPA About the Role Tata Capital is looking for an experienced Fund Manager Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to establish and manage its PMS investment function for High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The role involves managing multi-asset portfolios, driving investment strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with clients and relationship managers to deliver superior investment outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee PMS portfolios across Equity, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, and Hybrid investments. - Develop and implement investment strategies based on market trends and client objectives. - Design and manage the PMS Risk Management Framework. - Execute investment decisions and monitor portfolio performance. - Ensure optimal asset allocation and portfolio diversification. - Prepare portfolio reviews, market commentary, factsheets, and investment presentations. - Participate in client meetings and explain investment strategies and portfolio performance. - Support Relationship Managers in client acquisition and retention. - Ensure compliance with SEBI PMS regulations and internal governance policies. - Coordinate with compliance, operations, and dealing teams for seamless portfolio execution. Required Skills & Experience - 1015 years of overall experience with at least 67 years in Portfolio Management or Fund Management. - Experience working with Asset Management Companies (AMC), Wealth Management Firms, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, or Proprietary Investment Firms. - Strong understanding of Indian Equity and Fixed Income markets. - Expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment research. - Strong analytical, valuation, and financial research skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Preferred Qualifications - MBA/PGDM/PGPM in Finance or equivalent. - CFA or CA qualification will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of SEBI PMS regulations and investment governance.
