About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered pharma analytics and competitive intelligence products, including product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning. 2. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, designers, and business teams to deliver scalable genAI and agentic AI solutions for global pharmaceutical clients. 3. Analyze pharma commercial data, competitive intelligence, clinical trials, market access, and sales performance to identify actionable product opportunities. 4. Gather business requirements, prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation while ensuring Agile best practices. 5. Lead client discussions, product demonstrations, requirement workshops, executive reviews, and solution presentations with US and European enterprise customers. 6. Monitor product quality, delivery timelines, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and continuous product improvements. 7. Support business development teams by contributing to proposals, proof of concepts, product pilots, and enterprise client onboarding. 8. Ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
