Role Description We are seeking a developer/integrator/business analyst with extensive experience in ECM (Enterprise Content Management). The individual will research toolkits or finished products that can be integrated in with our existing document scanning and indexing software. The first project is to design, develop, and integrate a module to auto-index scanned documents. We want to be able to scan a document, OCR it, read the content in the document to automatically identify the document group (ex. mortgage loan, commercial loan, deposit document), the document type, lift the indexes from the document and populate into the DMS. Or, if unsure, route the document to our review queue module for manual indexing. Experience with OCR, OMR, bar codes, AI and machine learning are important. Qualifications Strong expertise in Programming and API integration, with a focus on Back-End Web Development and Software Development. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and API development, particularly using .Net and C# and/or JavaScript/React. Solid background in Computer Science, including database architecture, design, and optimization using SQL. Experience in creating scalable and secure system integrations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
