Gender - Male / Female. CTC - Rs.3 Lacs to Rs.6.6 Lacs per annum Requirements Key Responsibilities - 1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA. 2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance 3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition 4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges 5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination 6. Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners Required Skills/Competencies - 1. 2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing 2. Robust exposure to Blue -Collar / Bulk Hiring 3. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E -Commerce clients 4. Strong leadership & client management skills 5. Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking. 6. Should have their own two -wheeler/four -wheeler. 7. Can manage 10 -12 team members under him with a headcount of a minimum of 1200. .
