We are looking for Business Development Manager, Client Success Manager and Inside Sales Manager Location : Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore based Experience : 4 plus years Role & responsibilities : Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business. Gain a transparent understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage. Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects; Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Research and recommend current opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements. Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers. Negotiate the terms and achieve sales; Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain skilled and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices. Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process. Preferred candidate profile .
