Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on bank stock audit assignments. The role involves conducting detailed audits of stock and inventory statements submitted to banks, verifying documentation, and reconciling financial information with underlying records. Daily tasks include reviewing financial statements, checking compliance with bank norms and regulatory requirements, identifying discrepancies or control gaps, and preparing clear, structured audit reports. The role also requires coordination with client personnel and bank representatives to obtain necessary information, clarify findings, and support timely completion of audit engagements. The team member is expected to follow firm methodologies, maintain accurate working papers, and contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify inconsistencies, and interpret stock and financial information.Solid knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including understanding of balance sheets, stock statements, and related banking documentation.Auditing skills with familiarity in audit procedures, internal controls, compliance checks, and preparation of working papers.Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, bank officials, and team members, and for drafting clear audit reports.Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; pursuing or holding professional qualifications (e.g., Cost Accountant, Fresher CA/CMA or Finalist/MBA Qualified ) is an advantage.Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, on-site environment.Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic accounting software; familiarity with bank audit or stock verification processes is preferred. .
