Product Manager Sales Management Job Role & Responsibilities Own the strategy and roadmap for Aticas sales management product: AI Agent led sales Lead generation and prospect data Outbound campaign tooling CRM and pipeline layer for sales managers RFP response across Cvent, HotelPlanner, and MeetingBroker Post-signature account servicing Be the voice of the user: Engage with Atica sales managers, listen to live calls, and analyze lost deals. Communicate with hotel owners and general managers about unmet business needs. Enhance sales manager productivity: Identify and automate manual tasks such as research, drafting, data entry, and follow-ups. Aim for significant improvements, not just minor adjustments. Win RFPs: Manage response time, quality, and win rate across group and corporate RFP channels. Utilize automation to draft and price bids effectively. Prioritize impactful problems and estimate their revenue or efficiency impact before committing resources. Ideate solutions using technology, data science, and design, and articulate them through product requirement documents. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales leadership. Drive metrics: Own the metric tree for leads sourced, contactability, reply and qualification rates, meetings booked, contracts signed, room nights secured, RFP win rate, and revenue per sales manager. Instrument what you ship and own the targets. Own adoption: Ensure features are utilized by sales managers through enablement, documentation, and internal rollout. Specific Expertise Required At least 3 years of experience in product management. Demonstrated fluency with data SQL, analytics tooling, or equivalent hands-on experience. Exposure to AI or LLM-backed products and features is a plus. Technical / Functional Skills Strong product instincts and ownership. Ability to derive product decisions from data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to drive influence across engineering, design, data science, and sales organizations. Location Pune, India. This is an in-office role.
