Leading a team of Fashion Advisors to create an engaged and aspirational environment that offers the ultimate client experience: Managing the team in terms of recruitment, leadership, setting and monitoring individual goals of team members, performing PMP (retail title for Year End Retrospective) and dedicating one-on-one time to individual coaching Engaging team members through collective knowledge-sharing and encouraging collaborative partnerships with the back-office teams Mentoring team members and laying out action plans for individual growth, including training programs in partnership with Learning, Styling, Client/Marketing teams Supporting and encouraging the Chanel Vital Behaviors Conduct and/or organize briefings to the team animation of Morning Briefings Observe and coach the Team on the Floor to elevate the staff at the expected level of Style expertise and Client experience Ensure client service excellence, pursuant to the Houses standards (greeting and hospitality, product expertise and sales ceremony, after-sales service, iPhone brand posture, etc) Define together with Boutique Director and Local office the client development approach & action plan (based on boutique in depth KPIs analysis provided and local observations) for client recruitment, retention & reactivation through client segmentation Understanding the essence of each CHANEL collection and contributing to the Buying Strategy Being an ambassador of the CHANEL brand, style and values in the boutique and at client events and with external bodies in the luxury, retail and fashion sectors Ensuring the sales floor respects CHANELs luxurious image, and collaborating with Operations Manager over maintenance needs Overseeing the maintenance of the collection display and windows in compliance with VM guidelines Driving business growth through robust sales and improved efficiencies Manage in accordance with Boutique Director sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all product categories Provide Boutique Director qualitative information on customer trends/demands, competitor activity, and merchandise movement Monitoring sales data to ensure targets are met Using insightful clienteling to generate sales Implementing action plans and initiatives to develop business and performance Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter Implementing and providing feedback on new tools and services in the Boutique to continuously improve client experience and operational efficiency Ensure stock on hand (including best & slow sellers) and expected pieces are well integrated by team in the sales ceremony, replenishment of the selling floor done in the proper manner Support Operation Manager for organizing the schedule for Sales team to maximize staff strength in accordance with traffic demands and trading pattern The history and heritage of The House of CHANEL Fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection Multi-tasking within projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment Creativity and innovation by testing, learning and taking new risk Understanding of, and passion for client experience You have at least 4 years of documented experience in sales or floor management As a people manager, you are engaging and communicative, performance minded and decisive strive for continuous improvement.
