Role Description The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and developers in the NCR region. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, overseeing negotiations, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
