We are looking for a high-caliber Channel Sales Manager to build, scale, and manage our partner ecosystem. This role is for a revenue-driven sales professional with a proven track record of managing channel sales through OEM Distributors and System Integrators into verticals such as Manufacturing, Data Centers, Infrastructure (Airports, Metros), Retail, and Commercial Real Estate. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Onboarding & Expansion: Recruit and onboard active Master System Integrators (MSIs), regional System Integrators (SIs), and OEM/National distributors into the partner program to drive immediate, consistent monthly sales. - Revenue Generation: Achieve an average monthly sales target of 2 Crores by driving predictable, consistent purchase volumes across both national and regional partners. - Partner Enablement: Coordinate with the Technical/Pre-Sales teams to provide partners with product training and pre-sales solution support, ensuring they can independently position and sell the product portfolio. - Market Intelligence: Monitor and report monthly on market trends, competitive pricing, growth verticals, upcoming tenders, and key industry influencers. Requirements & Selection Criteria: - Proven Revenue Track Record: Ability to demonstrate quantifiable annual revenue achievement (20Cr+). - Strong Network: Existing, verifiable relationships with decision-makers at leading Master System Integrators, EPCs, regional channel partners, and industry consultants. - Vertical Experience: Successful sales history within enterprise environments, smart infrastructure, or complex technology ecosystems.
