The role involves preparing budgets, drafting contract documents, coordinating with Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Contract Management teams, and maintaining accurate contract records. Roles & Responsibilities Contract & Budget Development Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders. Draft associated contract documents. Use ICON costing tools and budget templates to prepare accurate budgets. Gather inputs from operational teams. Ensure contract terms accurately reflect applicable cost drivers. Create payment schedules. Support budget and financial analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Contract Managers. Communicate contract status to internal teams and clients. Assist with or lead meetings related to contracts and change orders. Coordinate with stakeholders to support timely contract execution. Documentation & Quality Maintain contract documentation. Update Salesforce consistently. Perform initial quality checks on contract documents. Monitor the progress of contracts and change orders. Support process improvement initiatives. Required Education B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc, M.Sc, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or any other relevant Science or Life Sciences qualification. Experience Required 23 years of experience in clinical or laboratory budget and contract development. Experience with budget preparation and contract documentation is preferred.
