Experience managing annual reputed company enrollment and ongoing benefits operations. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, benefits administration platforms, and retirement recordkeeping systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits reputed company to employees and stakeholders.
