Manager-Client Servicing & Event Operations

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional who can independently manage clients, handle events end-to-end, and deliver outstanding results. The role demands strong client handling, operational excellence, and creative pitching abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts independently, from understanding briefs to delivering final executions.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.Plan and execute events end-to-end, including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground management.Prepare and present creative event proposals and pitches that align with client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams for design, production, and activation activities.Handle event budgets, timelines, and documentation efficiently.Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely project closure.Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel and other tools.Travel as required for client meetings, event execution, and activations.Key Skills & Requirements: 24 years of experience in client servicing and event operationsHands-on experience in activations, corporate events, and BTL marketing.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Willingness to travel whenever required.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
