The Client Servicing Executive role focused on nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating service delivery, and creating a superior customer experience. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, reliable, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Respond to client enquiries and resolve service requests promptly. Support client onboarding, documentation, and account activation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests. Prepare client presentations, proposals, and service documentation. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable financial products based on client needs. Schedule client meetings and follow up on pending actions. Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service. Requirements Eligibility Graduate in Commerce or any discipline. 2 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, customer support, banking, insurance, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial advisory. Candidates owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred, as the role involves client meetings across Kolkata. ----------------------- Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential. Positive working knowledge of Hindi and Bengali is required. Solid presentation and relationship management skills.
