Company: Krid.ai | Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 13 Years About Krid.ai We are building Krid.ai for enterprise-grade scale, deploying autonomous Agentic AI systems designed to transform business operations and scale revenue for enterprises. We are moving fast from our early traction to our next major scale milestone, and we are looking for a hungry, high-agency Outbound SDR to help us break into high-value enterprise accounts. The Role We don't need a volume telecaller or an inbound ticket-resolver. We need an Outbound Specialist who knows how to pierce through the corporate noise, map enterprise accounts, and secure qualified meetings with business heads, CXOs, and Managing Directors across the Delhi NCR market and beyond. You will own the early stages of our outbound funnelcrafting hyper-personalized multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn, email, and cold calling) and turning cold prospects into excited discovery meetings. What You Will Do Build Outbound Pipelines from Scratch: Identify, research, and map high-value target accounts and decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Multi-Channel Outreach: Orchestrate creative, highly relevant cold email campaigns, LinkedIn touchpoints, and targeted phone outreach that speak directly to business pain points. Qualify with Precision: Run initial pre-qualification checks to ensure meetings booked meet our strict ICP criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline). Obsess Over Conversion Rates: Continuously test hooks, messaging angles, and cadence timing to improve response and booking rates. Collaborate Closely with Founders: Work hand-in-hand with us to refine messaging based on live market feedback and objection trends. What We Are Looking For Startup DNA: 1 to 3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR at an early-stage B2B startup (seed or Series A) where you built outbound motions rather than just managing incoming leads. Enterprise Empathy: Demonstrated ability to capture the attention of senior decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Business Heads) in sectors like manufacturing, IT services, financial services, or professional services. Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication: Your writing is crisp, punchy, business-focused, and free of corporate jargon. Your phone presence is confident, calm, and conversational. Tech-Stack Literacy: Comfortable navigating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms. Grit and Curiosity: You view a "no" or an objection as a puzzle to solve rather than a dead end. You are eager to learn how enterprise AI actually drives business value. What We Offer Competitive Base + High-Upside Variable: A fair base salary paired with a lucrative, uncapped performance bonus tied directly to meetings held and pipeline generated. Direct Mentorship: Work directly alongside experienced leadership and founders who have scaled global tech companies. Fast-Track Growth: As an early hire in a hyper-growth AI startup, your career trajectory scales directly with our company growth. Own your function and build your playbook. .

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
