About the Role As a Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for making routine outbound calls to thank donors, welcome volunteers, and assist with events such as Heart Walk, youth activities, or advocacy issues. You will establish ongoing support relationships with volunteers, reputed company them on aspects of fundraising, and respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
