Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and professional Radiology Medical Scribe to support the Diagnostic Imaging & Interventional Radiology departments at KIMS. Working directly alongside our Consultant Radiologists in a high-volume, multi-speciality environment, you will ensure the swift and accurate generation of clinical imaging reports. Your primary function is to optimize the radiologist's workflow by managing reporting pipelines, entering dictations in real time, and maintaining compliance with national healthcare accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities Real-Time Report Structuring: Draft and structure precise diagnostic reports across all imaging modalities (X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Interventional Radiology) based on live or dictated radiologist findings.Hospital Information Systems Navigation: Seamlessly operate the hospitals integrated RIS (Radiology Information System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and core HIS/EHR software.Clinical Data Pre-Loading: Prepare patient profiles prior to review by pulling relevant clinical history, previous imaging reports, and corresponding laboratory values (e.g., serum creatinine for contrast studies).Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all structured notes adhere strictly to NABH protocols, verifying anatomical orientation markers (Right/Left), contrast dosages, and critical patient identifiers.Critical Findings Coordination: Monitor and immediately flag life-threatening or urgent radiological findings to ensure the radiologist can communicate them without delay to the referring critical care or emergency teams.Required Skills & Qualifications Specialized Terminology: Advanced mastery of medical terminology, specific to radiology views, anatomical pathology, spatial orientation, and tissue characteristics (e.g., attenuation, echogenicity, lesions).Technical Proficiency: Experience handling multi-monitor reporting stations; comfortable adapting to proprietary corporate healthcare software and speech-to-text systems.Speed and Accuracy: Exceptional typing proficiency (65+ WPM) combined with zero tolerance for spelling errors in technical diagnostic fields.Education: Graduate degree in B.Sc. Radiography / Imaging Technology, Life Sciences, Medical Records Science, or a formal Medical Scribing/Transcription certification.Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, sharp analytical focus, and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure emergency and trauma radiology scenariosPay: 15,393.10 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
