Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor delivery schedules. 4. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, supplier details, and contracts for audit and reporting purposes. 5. Assist in tracking inventory levels, avoid stock shortages, and support in identifying cost-saving opportunities through effective procurement practices. Required Skills: 1.
