Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and agile Freelance Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for our employees. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing participants' communication, interpersonal, and workplace skills through interactive learning methods. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver soft skills training programs based on organizational requirements. - Train participants on: - Communication Skills - Business Communication - Presentation Skills - Personality Development - Interpersonal Skills - Team Building - Leadership Skills - Time Management - Problem Solving and Critical Thinking - Emotional Intelligence - Customer Service Skills - Workplace Etiquette - Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred). - Certification in Soft Skills, Training & Development, or Behavioral Training is an added advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
