Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Trade Compliance Manager to reputed company in Hungary or Romania. As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring trade compliance by our sites in EMEA and supporting the sites in their trade functions. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Trade Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring export-import compliance in the region, providing daily support, controlling export-import activities, and keeping up-to-date with applicable export-import rules. Key Responsibilities Ensures export-import compliance in the region by training sites about relevant export-import rules, providing daily support, and controlling export-import activities through daily communication and trade audits. Keeps knowledge of applicable export-import rules up-to-date by reading rules, participating in reputed company trainings, and staying reputed company with regulatory changes. Manages or participates in trade assessments and audits of trade compliance performance of sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in EMEA export classification, deciding on and/or validating local or EU export classification codes, and providing guidance to sites and regional trade teams. Analyzes the reputed company of export control-reputed company EMEA regulation changes, following export classification rules, and advising relevant changes to sites, corporate, GBS, and regional trade teams. Essential Qualifications At least 3-5 years of work experience in a trade/trade compliance, customs, or export-import logistics function, with a strong understanding of EMEA export-import regulations and logistics. Business-fluent English language knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good MS Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Eligible to work in the EU, with a strong understanding of EU trade regulations and laws. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a global manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations. Knowledge of trade compliance software and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing or participating in trade audits and assessments, with a strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies. Skills and Competencies Trade Compliance Strong knowledge of EMEA export-import regulations, including EU customs laws and regulations. Logistics and Supply Chain Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Communication and Interpersonal Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Analytical Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data and information. Time Management and Organization Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
