JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Executive Company: Greenyard Shipping Services Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 13 Years Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE COMPANY Greenyard Shipping Services is a leading freight forwarding and logistics company providing Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Surface Transportation, Door-to-Door Delivery, and Multimodal Logistics Solutions for importers and exporters across the globe. JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage shipment coordination, documentation, customer communication, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of import-export procedures, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, warehouses, and overseas agents.Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, and Certificate of Origin.Follow up for customs clearance and ensure timely movement of cargo.Maintain shipment records and operational reports.Coordinate with sales and business development teams for smooth execution.Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Track logistics costs and support process improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.REQUIRED SKILLS Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics OperationsKnowledge of making freight quotations and follow up clients on call.Understanding of Import & Export DocumentationGood Communication and Coordination SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Google SheetsProblem-Solving and Time Management SkillsAbility to work under deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferredExperience in Freight Forwarding, CHA, Shipping, or Logistics Industry preferredKnowledge of ICEGATE, DGFT, Shipping Lines, and Customs Procedures will be an advantageWHAT WE OFFER Career Growth in International Logistics IndustryExposure to Global Trade and Freight OperationsPerformance-Based IncentivesProfessional and Supportive Work EnvironmentInterested candidates may send their CV to: greenyardshipping.mumbai@gmail.com Contact: 9372695677 Compensation: 10,090.64 - 16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
