This is an ideal opportunity for candidates in the final phase of their CA articleship who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to factory/branch finance, controlling, and operations within a dynamic FMCG environment. Please note: This role is based at our factory/branch locations, and candidates must be open to relocation and geographically mobile , as postings may be at any of our manufacturing/sales sites across India. Key Responsibilities: + Support business-critical finance and operational functions within a leading manufacturing setup. + Contribute to factory/branch finance, controlling, costing, and internal controls activities. + Gain practical understanding of factory/branch operations and strategy execution . + Collaborate cross-functionally and support real-time business decision-making.Work closely with experienced finance and operations leaders under structured mentorship. Education & Experience: + Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups) and currently pursuing final CA. + Eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: + Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Exposure to SAP, indirect taxation, or internal audit will be an added advantage. + Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint . + Good communication and interpersonal skills.
