Position: Export Assistant Location : Churchgate Reporting to: Export Manager/ Executive Qualification: A bachelors degree in international business, logistic or Any Graduate, Experience: Min 2 to & 5 years Key Responsibilities: Export Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and certificates of origin. Ensure compliance with export regulations, including country-specific import/export requirements. Track the status of export shipments, ensuring timely dispatch. Work closely with customs brokers to ensure customs clearance for shipments. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation. Generate reports related to exports, including sales, inventory, and shipping performance. Monitor export performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement. 3.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics partners to arrange transportation for export shipments. Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Assist in managing shipping schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred but not required). Skills: Robust organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of export management software and ERP systems is a plus. Valuable written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. .
