Job Title: FP&A Analyst Performance Management & Management Reporting Location: Mumbai Experience: 25 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are hiring an FP&A Analyst for a leading global financial services organization. The role will be part of the Performance Steering / Finance Management Reporting function and will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and headcount analysis, management reporting, and providing financial insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly cost, expense, and headcount reports for management review. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Perform Actual vs Budget/Forecast variance analysis and identify key financial trends and drivers. Monitor financial data and coordinate with Finance and business teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets. Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management and business stakeholders. Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Perform cost analysis and cost allocation activities. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and financial insights for senior leadership. Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and workflow optimization. Participate in reporting tool enhancements, UAT, troubleshooting, and implementation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements. Required Skills 2 5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Business Finance, or MIS Reporting. Strong experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, P&L Analysis, and Financial Reporting. Strong understanding of cost analysis and cost allocation. Exposure to Headcount/FTE reporting and workforce planning is preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and data analysis. Macros/Power Query will be an advantage. Exposure to is an added advantage.
