Job Description Tika Data is looking for an experienced Data Annotator with a minimum of 2 years of handson data annotation experience to join our delivery team. You will work on complex, highaccuracy annotation projects across computer vision and NLP for enterprise and research clients. This role requires strong execution discipline, quality ownership, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform highquality data annotation and labeling across one or more domains: Image & video annotation (bounding boxes, polygons, semantic segmentation, keypoints) Text annotation (NER, classification, sentiment analysis) Interpret and execute complex annotation guidelines independently Maintain consistently high quality scores and productivity Conduct selfQA and basic peer reviews Support junior annotators through guidance and informal mentoring Flag data ambiguities, edge cases, and guideline gaps proactively Work closely with Team Leads and QA to meet SLA commitments Required Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data annotation / data labeling Strong experience with computer vision or NLP annotation workflows Proven track record of meeting quality and throughput targets High attention to detail and quality ownership Ability to work with limited supervision Comfortable with structured, repetitive, highprecision tasks Willingness to work fulltime from office Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with tools such as CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, V7, or similar platforms Exposure to QA workflows, audits, or reviewer roles Basic understanding of machine learning model training pipelines Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Education UG: Any Graduate Relevant experience will be given priority over academic specialization Key Skills Data Annotation Data Labeling Image Annotation Video Annotation Semantic Segmentation Bounding Boxes Polygon Annotation Text Annotation NER Quality Assurance AI Training Data .
