The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK customers. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. Required Skills - Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. Experience in US/UK Voice Process or International BPO.Strong communication and active listening skills.Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.Immediate Joiners preferred.
