Inventory Manager Location: Gurugram Department: Supply Chain / Inventory Management Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across all branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, minimizing aged inventory, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels below 30 days across all branches. Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical stock and system inventory. Track inventory movement and perform regular stock audits. Identify and liquidate inventory exceeding 30 days to improve inventory turnover. Analyze inventory reports and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, and Sales teams for productive inventory planning. Assist in optimizing procurement and reducing overall purchase costs. Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and maintained in the ERP system. Prepare inventory MIS reports and present key inventory insights to the management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 36 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain. Robust knowledge of inventory valuation, stock control, and inventory planning. Hands-on experience with ERP software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities. .
