Cold Chain Warehouse Inventory ManagerRole OverviewThe Cold Chain Inventory Manager will oversee the end-to-end receipt, storage, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive goods. You will ensure stock integrity, optimize cold room space, and enforce strict FIFO/FEFO protocols to minimize spoilage. With 2-3 years of cold chain experience, you will maintain 95% inventory accuracy and ensure 100% compliance with safety and temperature standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Rotation: Maintain real-time inventory accuracy, conduct regular cycle counts, and enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to eliminate product spoilage. [1, 2, 3]Temperature & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure refrigerated storage units and thermal packaging meet required temperature thresholds. Report and troubleshoot any cold chain breaches immediately. [1, 2, 3]Stock Auditing & Reporting: Reconcile physical inventory with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) data. Generate daily reports on stock levels, shrinkage, and warehouse utilization. [1, 2]Shipment & Receiving: Oversee the loading and unloading of temperature-sensitive freight, ensuring minimal exposure time outside of controlled cold zones. Verify invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and dispatch documents. [1, 2, 3, 4]Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff on material handling, safety protocols, and temperature-control equipment. [1, 2, 3, 4]Process Optimization: Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to minimize holding costs and accelerate order processing. [1, 3, 4]Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in warehouse inventory control, specifically within a cold storage or cold chain environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).Cold Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of temperature logging devices (data loggers), cold room maintenance, and compliance with food/pharma safety standards.Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, acute attention to detail, and proven ability to lead a team under pressure.Compensation: 11,649.46 - 28,785.54 per month Benefits: Leave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
