AR Follow-Up Specialist (Noida)

We are seeking experienced Dermatology AR Follow-Up Specialist to manage insurance claim follow-up and denial resolution for physician billing accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dermatology claims, particularly CO-11 (Medical Necessity) denials, and a strong understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid claim processing. Key Responsibilities:- - Perform follow-up on CO-11 (medical necessity) denied claims. - Contact insurance carriers through phone calls and payer portals to obtain claim status updates. - Investigate and resolve unpaid, pending, and denied dermatology claims. - Analyze denials and identify diagnosis-to-procedure (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/DX) mismatches. - Correct and resubmit claims or route accounts for appeal in accordance with payer guidelines. - Maintain established productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards. Preferred candidate profile:- - Minimum 1 years of experience in Medical Billing or AR Follow-Up. - Proven experience handling CO-11 (Medical Necessity) denials. - Strong knowledge of physician billing, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid processes. - Experience with EMR/billing systems; familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is preferred.
