This role is perfect for someone who loves simplifying complexity, excels at productfocused storytelling, and can translate operational challenges into transparent product demonstrations and solution designs. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to support the entire sales cycle from discovery to demos to documentation, while ensuring prospects fully understand the value and impact of Kensiums product ecosystem. You will become a subjectmatter expert across our POS, WMS, and OmnifiCX platforms, learning how they solve realworld challenges across retail, distribution, and omnichannel commerce. Roles & Responsibilities Discovery & Scoping Lead structured discovery calls/workshops to understand store operations, warehouse workflows, omnichannel usecases, fulfillment models, inventory processes, and pain points. Map prospect requirements to capabilities within Kensium POS, Kensium WMS, and OmnifiCX, identifying configuration options, integrations, and gaps. Translate findings into explicit discovery summaries, requirement matrices, and scoping inputs (assumptions, risks, dependencies, and business goals). Understand upstream/downstream systems such as ERP, ecommerce, and 3PL apps to ensure alignment with the endtoend architecture. Product-Focused Solution Design Create highlevel solution outlines across POS workflows, warehouse processes, and unified commerce data flows (orders, inventory, fulfillment, returns). Recommend best practices based on product capabilities, release roadmap, and accelerators. Build narratives th .
