In this high-impact role, you will not only drive solar equipment sales across Odisha but also manage the end-to-end supply chain execution for your region. You will be the key bridge between top-tier solar brands and the regional EPC companies building Indias solar infrastructure, while ensuring meticulous operational efficiency and quality control. Important Note: This is a core B2B sales, business development, and supply chain operations role. This is NOT a direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales or solar installation position. We supply over 2,000 solar installers and EPC companies nationwide, acting as an authorized distributor for industry heavyweights like: - Adani Solar panels - Hitachi & Hopewind Solar inverters - APL Apollo Steel Structure - Reliance Jio Sparq microinverters What You Will Do As our Sales & Operations Executive for Odisha, you will own the full B2B sales cycle alongside critical warehouse and logistics operations. Your day-to-day focus will include: - Targeted Sector Focus: Drive sales specifically targeting EPCs executing projects under the PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and C&I; projects. - Pipeline Generation & Account Management: Build a robust sales pipeline for Adani modules, inverters, and BOS components, acting as the trusted equipment consultant for EPC procurement leads. - End-to-End Fulfillment: Own the entire processfrom lead generation and closure to verifying pre-dispatch payments, negotiating terms, and ensuring payment collection. - Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain flawless data pipelines by logging daily material movements, enforcing 100% barcode scanning at the exact time of dispatch, and conducting regular physical stock audits. - SOP Compliance & Quality Control: Enforce strict loading and unloading procedures for fragile solar panels, requiring real-time videos and photos from warehouse teams to guarantee 100% compliance. - Operational Efficiency: Monitor warehouse expenses, negotiate rates with heavy machinery operators (forklifts, hydras), and maintain a strict cost cap of under 7 paise per watt of solar panels sold. - Day-to-Day Stakeholder Coordination: Seamlessly align timelines between internal teams, warehouse staff, clients, transporters, and courier services to ensure friction-free delivery. Who is this role for - Experienced: You have 1 to 6 years of proven B2B sales and/or operations experience with a track record of meeting targets and executing tight operational procedures. - Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in solar equipment sales, logistics, or selling directly to regional EPCs is highly preferred. - Well-Networked & Execution-Focused: You bring strong existing relationships with local EPC players and possess the operational rigor required to manage fragile inventory and complex logistics. - Driven: You are hungry to scale operations in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated by a generous sales incentive structure. - Flexibility to travel extensively : Sales roles will be split by region. While you will be based in Gurgaon, you will be required to travel extensively in the region allocated to you.
