Logistics Executive

Job Description: Operations Executive Company: Goodwill Trans & Logistics Co. Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensure timely vehicle placement, coordinate with drivers and customers, and maintain smooth logistics execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily vehicle movement and trip execution. Coordinate with customers, drivers, transporters, and loading/unloading teams. Ensure timely vehicle placement and on-time deliveries. Track vehicles through GPS and provide regular status updates. Resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, detention, and route deviations. Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain trip records. Verify diesel consumption, toll expenses, and trip-related documents. Coordinate with billing and accounts for PODs, invoices, and trip closures. Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt communication. Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations. Requirements Bachelors degree in any discipline. 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and transport documentation is preferred.
