Centre Operations Lead

Job Title: Center Head Program Operations Location: Multi-campus (Travel Required) Department: Academic Operations Reporting To: Senior Center Head Program Operations / Leadership Team Role Overview The Center Head Program Operations is responsible for driving the end-to-end success of NxtWave Intensive centers by ensuring excellence in academic delivery, student success, placements, and operational execution. This role leads cross-functional teams, standardizes processes, and ensures consistent student outcomes across all assigned campuses. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Program Management - Drive end-to-end center operations across assigned campuses. Standardize operational processes, SOPs, and playbooks.Ensure seamless execution of academic and operational activities.Team Leadership - Lead Program Managers, BOAs, and campus operations teams.Drive accountability through regular reviews and performance tracking.Collaborate with Academic, Product, Placement, Support, and Content teams. 3. Student Success - Monitor attendance, assessments, engagement, and learning progress. Implement intervention plans for at-risk students.Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience. 4. Placement Excellence - Work with Placement and Training teams to improve placement readiness. Track placement metrics and drive student outcomes.Build relationships with industry partners and support placement initiatives. 5. Campus Operations - Ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations and infrastructure readiness. Lead student engagement initiatives, events, and community-building activities.Maintain operational excellence across all campuses.Performance & Business Management - Monitor operational KPIs and student success metrics.Drive data-based decision-making and continuous process improvements.Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Experience in Operations, Program Management, or Academic Leadership.Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and operational dashboards.
