Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and reputed company press releases. Compile and maintain program activity and operational reports. Support OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking and summarise performance data. Monitor project budgets, reputed company expenses, and reputed company financial reports. Policy Advocacy and Institutional Engagement (30%) Assist in advancing plant-based dietary policies and sustainable food initiatives. Support the development of partnerships with institutions, encouraging plant-based meal adoption. Assist in organising campaigns, events, and workshops to promote sustainable eating qualifications Required At least 1-2 years of reputed company experience in a relevant role (business administration, business operations, Bachelors degree in sustainability, business administration, communications, or a reputed company field. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and budgeting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient written skills in Malay. Passion for plant-based advocacy and sustainability. Ability to reputed company in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Preferred Prior experience in advocacy, NGOs, SDGs, ESG or food sustainability initiatives.
