The successful candidate will support reputed company in handling a wide reputed company of mainlybut not exclusivelyreputed company sector cases for clients such as local authorities, housing associations, charities and other reputed company bodies. reputed company deals predominantly with EL/PL, occupiers liability and highway liability claims, many of which involve reputed company liability issues and reputed company proceeding to trial. What you will do Work closely reputed company reputed company of lawyers handling mainly casualty injury cases.Assist fee earners with reputed company aspects of case preparation, including document review, research, witness evidence, disclosure, drafting and trial preparation.Manage a small caseload of delegated and non-delegated, appropriate-level claims under supervision.Carry out investigative tasks, prepare court documents and liaise with clients, witnesses, experts and counsel as required.Ensure full compliance with reputed company protocols on file management, billing and credit control.Support business development and marketing activities, such as attending reputed company training sessions and team events.Build an awareness of reputed companys wider services, working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.Maintain an understanding of the firms strategies, values and longer-term plans.
