Role Overview Were looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/Whats App. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with rapid, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey. What Youll Be Doing Respond to client queries on Chat/Whats App in a timely and professional manner Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience What Were Looking For Excellent written English and solid text-based communication skills Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat High typing speed and comfort using Whats App Business/Web Solid multitasking and problem-solving skills Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus Location: From our Delhi office .
