The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for USbased positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Key responsibilitiesSource and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Conduct initial assessments and provide shortlists to stakeholders.Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS or internal recruitment system.Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and required documentation.Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.Required profile6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.Comfortable working nightshift hours aligned with US time zones.Based in Bangalore with remote work capability.Required skills .
