About the Company Manpushp Software LLP develops cloud-based software solutions for the transport industry. Our flagship product helps transporters manage their daily operations efficiently through a modern cloud platform. Job Role We are looking for a Technical Support cum Telecaller who is eager to learn, has good communication skills, and is interested in interacting with customers. No prior experience in our software is required. We will provide complete product training. Key Responsibilities Provide online product demonstrations to new leads.Understand customer requirements and explain software features.Handle queries and provide support to existing clients.Telecalling for new leads and customer engagement.Follow up with prospective customers until closure.Maintain customer interaction records and coordinate with the sales team.Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Training Complete training will be provided on our cloud-based Transport Management Software. After successful training, you will independently: Conduct online product demos.Handle customer support.Perform telecalling and follow-ups. Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).Must have an experience in operating any software like (Tally , Busy , Marg or other custom software)Ability to learn new software quickly.Positive attitude and confidence while talking to customers.Good follow-up and customer handling skills. Qualification Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can also apply).Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
