Role NOC Engineer , Routing & Switching | SD-WAN | Zscaler Remote Support Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for experienced L2 And L3 (Specialist)Network Operations Engineers to join our NOC team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Routing & Switching and SD-WAN technologies, Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, and WAN technologies Manage and support SD-WAN environments (deployment, monitoring, optimization) Handle incident, problem, and change management in line with SLAs Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution Monitor network performance and ensure high availability Core Technical Skills (Must Have) Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS) Strong L2/L3 concepts including VLANs, STP Hands on Exp in Zscaler Technologies (ZIA, ZPA) Hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Viptela) Experience in enterprise network troubleshooting and NOC operations Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs and network security fundamentals Good to Have Basic cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure) Understanding of ITIL processes What Were Looking For Strong troubleshooting skills, experience handling P1 and P2 Incidents and Excellent communication skills. .
