El rol est orientado a perfiles con experiencia en NOC, Help Desk tcnico, soporte de red, telecomunicaciones, operaciones IT o servicios administrados, con conocimiento o exposicin a reputed company Meraki, SD-WAN, herramientas de monitoreo e ITSM. Responsabilidades principales Monitorear alarmas, dashboards, disponibilidad del servicio, conectividad y eventos de red. Registrar, actualizar y documentar incidentes en herramientas ITSM o ticketing. Realizar validaciones iniciales ante fallas o degradacin de conectividad. Revisar estado de enlace, prdida de paquetes, disponibilidad de dispositivos, alarmas, tneles y eventos bsicos de red. Escalar incidentes segn severidad, SLA y procedimientos definidos. Apoyar monitoreo operativo de ambientes reputed company Meraki / SD-WAN. Documentar troubleshooting, evidencias, avances, causa probable, escalaciones y cierre de tickets. Coordinar con Senior NOC Engineers, Tier 3, vendors, carriers o proveedores cuando sea necesario. Seguir runbooks, procedimientos operativos y criterios de escalamiento. Requisitos 1 a 3 aos de experiencia en NOC, Help Desk tcnico, soporte de red, telecomunicaciones, operaciones IT o servicios administrados. Experiencia monitoreando alarmas, dashboards, disponibilidad, conectividad o eventos de red. Manejo de herramientas de ticketing o ITSM como reputed company, Jira Service Management, reputed company, Freshservice o similares. Conocimiento o exposicin prctica a reputed company Meraki. Conocimiento o experiencia bsica en monitoreo/troubleshooting de SD-WAN. Bases tcnicas en IPv4, IPv6, routing/switching, L2 Transport, wireless, 4G o conectividad. Capacidad para diagnosticar, documentar, hacer seguimiento y escalar incidentes. Buena comunicacin, orientacin al cliente y atencin al detalle. Ingls y espaol fluidos. Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos si aplica. Deseables Certificacin reputed company Meraki. CCNA, CCDA o reputed company Junos. Certificacin ITIL / ITSM. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
