Job Description: Design and deliver training that strengthens risk adjustment knowledge, elevates coding accuracy, and drives quality across the organization. Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify learning needs and create impactful educational programs. Support employees from onboarding through ongoing development, ensuring they have the tools to succeed. Partner with external vendors to ensure compliance standards are met. Develop, maintain, and communicate coding guidelines that align with CMS regulations. Responsible for department wide risk adjustment quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 3 years - Experience in the design and development of training programs required. 3 years Risk adjustment and ICD-10 coding required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability. Adobe eLearning Suite. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Understanding of ICD-10 coding standards required. Must possess the AAPC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder Certificate (CRC). Benefits: No sponsorship available for this role.
