HR Executive / HR Intern (Sachin)

Position: HR Executive / HR Intern Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 02 Year About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive/HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR experience who are eager to build their career in the textile manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up. - Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. - Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. - Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities. - Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS. - Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. - Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations. - Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 02 year of experience in HR (Freshers are welcome to apply). - Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications - Candidates with experience or educational background in the Textile Industry will be given preference. - Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
