Experience: 24 Years (Minimum 2 years in HR Operations & HRMS) Payroll Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience assisting in payroll processing Key Responsibilities Manage employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.Handle employee onboarding activities, including documentation, employee data preparation, and HRMS record creation.Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.Manage and maintain HRMS/HRIS data, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.Prepare employee data and statutory sheets for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) submissions.Monitor and verify employee attendance using HRMS/attendance management software and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for discrepancies.Assist in monthly payroll processing by preparing and validating employee data, attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs.Support payroll-related documentation and coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.Resolve employee queries related to HR operations, attendance, onboarding documentation, and payroll inputs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and statutory compliance.Prepare HR reports, employee data, and MIS as required.Support HR process improvement initiatives and other operational activities as assigned.Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations with hands-on exposure to HRMS/HRIS.At least 1 year of experience assisting in payroll processing.Working knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory documentation.Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and attendance management systems.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data management.Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 31,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
