About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates. 2. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. 3. Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance activities. 4. Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and employee relations. 5. Draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, letters, and other HR documentation. 6. Coordinate with management on manpower planning, workforce requirements, and training initiatives. 7. Ensure the timely completion of onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes. 8. Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and other departmental records. 9. Assist in implementing HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR operations and achieve organizational objectives. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.10. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai will be preferred, as this is a full-time, in-office role.
